Mowing, weed-eating, and blowing/sweeping are all included for our routine lawn maintenance orders. With before and after measurements, and photos to support, you will know your property is being maintained, giving your property the curb-appeal you desire.

Trim-trimming, hedge maintenance, and vine removal are other services we have years of experience taking care of.

Property Securing

Whether it’s an initial secure, final secure, or resecure, we understand that ensuring a property is secured correctly is key to keeping your property safe.

We also have years of experience with boarding, re-glazing, and door and window replacements. Gates, screened enclosures, and pools are all items we are comfortable securing, and we are confident you can count on us to keep you property secure.

Trash-outs and Debris Removal

OPS has experience with small, medium, and large-scale debris removals. We try our best to provide fair and accurate bids based on the debris present.

After approval, before and after photos show the property has been cleared of debris. Truckload photos, with measurements and accurate counts, are also provided to ensure the amounts removed. That way you feel comfortable with the quantities billed. We will only bill for the actual amount removed.

Drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing needed? No problem! OPS has over 15 years of experience dealing with these repairs, and many more, to get your property back into shape.
